Hello!
So first you want to make some grated carrots,
After that slice a small onion, if you dont want to cry you can try taking a half glass of water and keeping it in your mouth, it worked for me!

This is me, Anni. Im a vegetarian, and I just started being one, I love cooking and baking. So I was thinking, why to not share some recipes, thougts and stuff? And so began the idea of this blog. I'm 13 years old, finnish girl, and I live in Luxembourg. I'm sorry for typos and grammar mistakes I'll have!
I hope that you could give me some post ideas for the future in the comment box below. Now lets get into the veggie patties I made yesterday!

Then you want to take some beans of your choice and

Mix them all!
Now you should start boiling the water with the vegetable stock cube. When the water starts boiling, you want to put there the buckwheat, and stir!
This picture is a little bit bad, because the water wasnt boiling when I put the buckwheat there, but you shouldn't do like I did!
After a few minutes you want to put there your vegetables, and stir againg. Make sure it doesn't burn in the bottom!
Let it boil for about ten minutes and then let it cool.
At the same time your veggiethingy is cooling, mix the egg, yogurt and seasoning. This picture was taken before mixing, and I have it here because I didn't take a picture after mixing.-

After cooling, you must put it to the bowl with eggs and yogurt and stir. If the "dough" feels to sloppy you can add a little bit buckwheat. Little by little does the trick, so do not add to much buckwheat at once.
I didn't take a picture of the pattys before going to oven, but they looked pretty much like the ready ones (above). So after you have put the pattys on the baking sheet, dont worry if it's sticky, just use a spoon, I did too, you just want to bake them in 200 degrees for about 10-15 minutes. When they look golden brown and when you test them with a stick you dont get any dough on the stick, they should be ready, and you can take them out of the oven! Yum!

Bye bye,
Love,
Anni
